I have been meaning to write this email since we left Beirut, but unfortunately we have been flying continuously. I write to thank you for all the excellent catering service you provided our aeroplane. It was probably thee best I have experienced since being with Kalair. I have only been in aviation since last October and prior to that I was Head Chef at Buckingham Palace for HRH Queen of England and if I were still there I would be more than happy to do business with you. After taking your advice, to choose the Veal in lieu of the beef ribs, I was slightly dubious, only due to some of the bad experiences I have had whilst being in aviation....but it was AMAZING. I pan fried it in butter and served it with a wild mushroom beurre blanc and they all loved it....so once again thank you. I would also like to thank the two gentlemen that did the load and unload....they were also a pleasure to work with. I have sent a report to my boss to inform him of the above and I look forward to doing business with you and your colleagues again in the future. As a Flight attendant on a worldwide Private Operation, I am required to deal with many catering companies. Jet Set is an excellent company providing high quality food. It is all preserved well, good quantities, and on time. Ghada is very professional and understands the up most needs when working and dealing with VIP needs. From FA point of view, I found all the foil sizes and packaging perfect for corporate operations, all food items were fresh and prepared as required. All items requested were provided in full. Quantity sizes were excellent. Most positive feedback from passengers were that the sea bass and the chicken which were excellent Crew member ate the chasseur sauce which they said was very good. The tomato and Halloumi salad was completely finished and everyone who ate it gave a positive feedback. All fruits and fresh juices were excellent. Excellent fresh produce and easy packaging. Thank you for having organized our catering, here are some of the comments FYI, • Sandwiches / Mini rolls were fresh and well presented. • Salads were Tasty and well presented. • Mezze was very nice and well presented and garnished on the platter. • The roast leg of lamb was a big hit with the pax - it was tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. • The chicken stroganoff was very good and enjoyed by most pax. • The veal was just perfect. • The desserts were beautiful especially the carrot cake. I am afraid that too often people write too you just to complain. I wanted to take just a minute to tell you what a great job I think you are doing with your executive aircraft catering business. The catering provided by Jet Set Gourmet on departure from Beirut 06 Nov/06, was exactly as requested, delicious and as good as any we have received from the best catering firms in the States and far better than most in Europe, f wish we could initiate more of our long range trips from OLBA.
